Cost of Study and other charges

Cost of study at the Grodno State Medical University is less than that of many European countries.

Tuition fees of the academic year 2008/2009:

• 3000$ (English-and-Russian-language training)
• 2900$ (Russian-language training)
• 1300$ (Preparatory Department)

The tuition fee is paid to the banking account of the University by the foreign student at the Belarusbank upon the arrival and is strict requirement for admission to the University.

Other expenses:

• 150-200$ life expenses per month including meals and public transport
• 85$ medical insurance per year
• 55$ registration at the police (one-time charge)
• 60$ medical examination (one-time charge)
