2013-2017 – Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Grodno State Medical University.

Defended her PhD dissertation on the topic: "Reproductive Function, Prooxidant-Antioxidant Status, and Blood Oxygen Transport Function in the Mother-Fetus System in Rats Under the Influence of Bacterial Endotoxin and Taurine in the Body" (2010).

Doctoral candidate. Dissertation topic: "Surgical Menopause: Pathogenetic Aspects of Disorders, Early Diagnosis, Prevention, and Treatment."

From 2006 to 2010. – head of the state scientific and technical projects "Science-M" of the FFI: "The role of nitric oxide in the occurrence of disturbances in the "mother-fetus" system during pregnancy complicated by infection, and the rationale for their pathogenetic correction" (2006-2008; state registration number 20063273 dated 11-07-2006) and "The state of the oxygen transport function of the mother's blood and the characteristics of the functional state of the nervous system of the offspring under the influence of microbial agents and taurine during pregnancy" (2008-2010; state registration number 20082366 dated 18-09-08).

In 2021-2025, he headed the state scientific and technical project "Science" of the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Basic Research "Develop a method for medical prevention of cardiovascular disorders in patients with natural and surgical menopause based on biochemical, molecular genetic studies and the use of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids" (M21-158 from July 1, 2021 to May 31, 2023; state registration number 20212935) and a grant from the Uo "GrSMU" from May 8, 2024, order No. 211 "Develop an early diagnosis and medical prevention of cardiovascular disorders in the menopausal and perimenopausal period, including those associated with artificially induced menopause."

Author of over 185 scientific publications, 17 teaching aids (including 2 teaching aids with the Ministry of Health's stamp, 2 teaching aids with the Educational and Methodological Association's stamp, 4 electronic teaching aids for students of the Faculty of Medicine, surgical residents, students of the Medical-Psychological and Medical-Diagnostic Faculties), 6 patents for inventions, 3 instructions for use approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, 22 rationalization proposals, 26 implementations.
