Candidate of Medical Sciences. Physician of the first qualification category.

In 1995, he graduated from the Grodno State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine and earned the qualification of "Physician."

Until 2004, he worked at the Grodno Regional Psychoneurological Dispensary as a psychiatrist and head of the dispensary department.

From 2004 to 2012, he served as the chief psychiatrist at the Health Department of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee (and from 2012 to 2025, he was the chief psychiatrist for the region).

2012-2026 – Deputy Chief Physician of the State Healthcare Institution “Psychiatry and Addiction Center” (outpatient care). 

From April 1, 2026 – Associate Professor of the Department.
