GrSMU students at the international scientific and practical conference "Personality. Education. Society"

On April 23, the Grodno Regional Institute for Education Development hosted the opening of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Personality. Education. Society" "Modern education: challenges of the time, management strategies and vectors of human potential development".

The conference was attended by representatives of more than 50 organizations: institutions of additional adult education, universities, public authorities and local governments, as well as institutions of preschool, general and specialized secondary education from Grodno, Brest, Gomel, Mogilev, Minsk, Vitebsk and other cities of Belarus, as well as from Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Sri Lanka.

International students of Grodno State Medical University also took an active part in the scientific forum.

Master classes were organized on the first day of the conference: "Patriotism and citizenship in the context of globalization: challenges and opportunities", "Application of training technologies in the work of tutors in universities and schools", "Parent navigator: how to keep in  touch with a teenager", "Cultural code: from understanding to formation. Active methods and techniques in methodical work using AI", "The role of emotions and feelings in the relationship with a child with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder".

After the plenary session, the work continued in the following sections: "Human potential development: teacher's personality, student's talent and social initiatives", "Identity education: patriotism, citizenship and socialization in a changing world", "Quality Management of education: strategies and competencies", "Digital transformation and quality of education: from functional literacy to artificial intellectual Development", "Inclusion and Continuity: the architecture of Equal Opportunities".

The conference became a platform for bringing together scientists, practitioners and managers to find effective solutions that can ensure the development of a modern education system in the context of global and local changes.
