The celebration of the Sri Lankan New Year

On April 14, 2025 the department curators Matskevich M.A., Sauchuk A.M., Sheuvchyk-Hyris K.M. took part in the celebration of the Sri Lankan New Year upon the invitation of the group leaders. The splendid festival, organized by the students of the Faculty for International students, included a colorful performance of national dances, traditional folk sport competitions, tasting of authentic dishes cooked by the students for the New Year. The teachers admired the students’ wonderful costumes, lively national games and dances, warm smiles, joyful music, the overall atmosphere of happiness.
