Yoga: Recharge for the Body and Soul

Students of the Indian National Union held a yoga session. Yoga is an ancient system of psychophysical practices aimed at harmonizing the body and spirit through asanas (poses), breathing exercises and meditation. It not only improves flexibility and posture and strengthens muscles, but also helps overcome stress.

The Indian National Union invites everyone interested to join the next session, which will be announced in advance.
