Vice-rector for administrative affairs of the Grodno State Medical University since 2012.

Yuriy Romanchuk graduated from Grodno State Agrarian University.

He obtained the career enhancement programme "Technology of Hospital management" in Belarusian Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education in 2006. In 2008 he obtained the career enhancement programme for a deputy chief for ideological activity in the Training Centre of Career Enhancement for the staff of state and administrative public authorities of Grodno Oblast Executive Committee.
