He has been working at the educational institution "Grodno State Medical University" since 10.06.2014.

Currently, he has been working as an associate professor of the 1st Department of Internal Medicine since 10.06.2014.

Teaching activities:

Conducts practical classes, gives lectures to students, including in English, actively introduces modern teaching methods into teaching practice. In his educational work, he combines fundamental knowledge with practical medicine, forming clinical thinking in students. He pays much attention to the issues of practical training of students. He is the curator of the summer practice of 5th-year students, the methodological supervisor of interns and clinical residents. He participated in the preparation of the curriculum in endocrinology for the subordination "General Medical Practice" for foreign citizens. Gives lectures to interns and doctors of the Grodno University Clinic. Is responsible at the department for organizing training with doctors of the Grodno University Clinic.

Scientific activity:

Takes an active part in the development of medical science, is the author of 9 educational and methodological and 100 scientific publications, including 37 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals from the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus; reviews articles in the journal of the Grodno Medical University; is the author and co-author of 4 electronic educational and methodological complexes. Over the past 5 years, he has been the author of a manual for students and 15 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals from the list of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus. Takes part in the work of republican and international seminars, conferences, congresses. Is responsible at the department for organizing clinical student conferences.

Educational work:

Conducts extensive educational and training work, paying attention to improving the educational process, educating students in the spirit of patriotism and love for their chosen specialty.

Clinical work:

Endocrinologist of the highest qualification category, actively uses modern achievements of domestic and foreign endocrinology in his work. Supervises the endocrinology and outpatient department of the Grodno University Clinic, and also provides consultations to patients of various departments of the Grodno University Clinic and other medical institutions in the city of Grodno, participates in consultations, is a reviewer at clinical and anatomical conferences, carries out an examination of medical documentation, and carries out telemedicine consultations. Carries out scheduled trips to the districts of the Grodno and Brest regions in order to provide advisory assistance to patients of these regions. Provides specialized advisory assistance in the specialty of endocrinology to all students at the Grodno State Medical University.

Social activities:

Member of the Belarusian Society of Endocrinologists, the Belarusian Public Medical Association "Endocrinology and Metabolism", the Belarusian Association of Doctors.

In 2020, he was awarded certificates of the Main Health Department of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee and the Grodno State Medical University.

In 2024, he was awarded an honorary certificate from the Minister of Health.
