Experience:

In 2009, she graduated with honors from the Medical and Preventive Care Faculty of the Grodno State Medical University, specializing in "General Medicine."

From 08/01/2009 to 07/31/2010 – Intern at the "Grodno Central Polyclinic" Healthcare Institution.

From 08/01/2010 to 10/30/2010 – General Practitioner at the District Therapeutic Department of the "Pinsk Central Polyclinic".

From 11/01/2010 to 10/30/2013 – Postgraduate student (Aspirantura) in "Internal Diseases" at the Grodno State Medical University.

From November 1, 2013, to August 2019 – Assistant at the 1st Department of Internal Diseases of the Grodno State Medical University.

In 2015, she worked part-time as a general practitioner in the Admission Department, and in 2016, in the Neurological Department of the "Grodno Regional Clinical Hospital" Healthcare Institution.

From 09/01/2019 to 03/29/2022 – Senior Lecturer at the 1st Department of Internal Diseases of the Grodno State Medical University.

Since 03/30/2022, she has been working as an Associate Professor at the 1st Department of Internal Diseases of the Grodno State Medical University.

 

Achievements:

In 2014, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Medical Sciences (Ph.D.) on the topic: "The effect of NO-dependent therapy on oxygen transport mechanisms and free radical lipid oxidation in patients with a history of myocardial infarction combined with metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes mellitus."

 

Author of 90 scientific and educational works, including 2 monographs, 16 articles in scientific journals, as well as 2 patents, 1 instruction for use approved by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, 7 acts of implementation into practical healthcare and the educational process, 4 innovation proposals, and a co-author of a textbook for the Faculty of Foreign Students and Master's students (with instruction in English).

 

Head of a funded project within the framework of the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research.

Executor of the research work:

*   "Study of molecular genetic NO-dependent mechanisms of oxygen homeostasis formation and its disorders" (State registration number 20190511, 05.11.2019), period 2019-2020.

*   "Study of the pathways of formation and optimization of allostatic states under stress influences of various natures" (State registration number 20210366, 06/03/2021), period 2021-2023.

 

N.V. Glutkina teaches classes in internal diseases, military field therapy, emergency cardiology, and clinical pharmacology for 5th and 6th-year students in Russian and English.

 

Under the supervision of N.V. Glutkina, three works were completed and presented at the Republican Review Competition of Student Works in the "Clinical Medicine" section (2021, 2022), two of which received 1st category diplomas.

 

She has repeatedly completed advanced training courses:

*   Belarusian Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education (BelMAPO): "Emergency Conditions in Therapy" (2014), "New Technologies in Diagnosis and Treatment in Pulmonology" (2021);

*   Republican Institute of Higher Education (RIVSH): "Active Methods of Teaching and Education in Higher Education Institutions" (2020, 2025);

*   Salzburg Pulmonology Seminar (Austria, 2020).

 Physician of the highest qualification category. Currently, she performs clinical work at the Pulmonology Department of the "Grodno University Clinic".

 Since 2021, she has been responsible for educational work at the 1st Department of Internal Diseases. Curator of 2 student groups. Member of the Trade Union of the Grodno State Medical University. Member of the Belarusian Women's Union.
