1986 - Lecturer at the Grodno State Medical College.

2001 - worked as a medical assistant department head, then - head of the practical training, the Deputy Director of apprenticeship training, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs.

2012 - retraining in educational institutions "Vitebsk State Order of Peoples' Friendship Medical University" specialty "Vocational training" with the qualification "teacher according to the skills of basic education."

2016 – senior lecture of the Department of Radiology and Radiation Therapy.

Achievements:

Was a developer of educational standards and curricula for specialty 2-79 01 31 "Massage Therapy" and in "Medical-diagnostic business."

Author standard curriculum and a series of training programs.

Organizer of the annual tendering medical skills "Best in profession" and competitions of teaching and research work of students.

He was a member of the Republican evaluation committees at colleges of quality control checking the Department of Education.

Author of more than 60 scientific publications.
