2004-2018 - Deputy Chief Medical Officer for Organizational and Methodological Work of GRKRD/

2018-2020 - Deputy Chief Physician for obstetric and gynecological care at the 6th Municipal Clinical Hospital in Minsk.

February 2020 - October 2020 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Maternal and Child Health Care of the Ministry of Health.

Since November 2020 – present - Head of the Main Department of Health of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.

2014 graduated from the Civil Service Institute of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Achievements:

Lyudmila Nikolaevna Keda is an excellent public health worker in Belarus. Her name is inscribed in the Book of Glory of the State Medical Centre. In 2012 she won the competition "Doctor of the Year of the Republic of Belarus" in the category “Obstetrician-gynecologists”, was awarded the title "Person of the Year of Grodno Region".
