Online ZOOM based ERASMUS+ project SPRING Board (MPRB) meeting

The following agenda for MPRB meeting was approved:

1)     Approval of the new composition of the Board (MPRB) and voting for the new Chairperson.

2)     WP5- Management. Interim report and project financing issues.

3)     WP2- Development. Tentative approval of peer review reports for 2 Belarus project partner universities.

4)     WP2- Development. Suggestions, corrections on peer review mission’s timetable, crews of experts for the nearest project period.

5)     WP2- Development. Other project activities (establishing the Association – PRAMED-EECA and  Journal – PRIMED-EECA )

6)     WP 3-4. Implementing other the project work packages (WP 3 - Quality Plan; WP 4 - Dissemination).

All the issues on the agenda were considered.

There has been a rotation in the Board of the project, including the Republic of Belarus  will be represented by the coordinator of the project for the Grodno State Medical University, Professor Surmach Marina Yurievna. 

The Chairman of the project Management Board, Professor Linas Sumskas of the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, handed over his powers to the newly elected head of the project Management Board, Professor Antonia Yanakieva, Head of the Department of Health Technology Assessment at the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Due to the fact that the epidemiological situation in Europe has delayed the implementation of the project activities, it was decided to intensify work in its second part.
